Segment Assessment

First, we’ll want to learn more about the service(s) you’d like us to promote. We’ll want to understand your experience, strengths, differentiators, benefits, and interests. The goal is to narrow this down to 2 sub-campaigns – which we call “segments” – that you would like us to promote. Having 2 or more sub-campaigns allows us to diversify ourselves and gives us the ability to compare one segment to the other as we move forward.

Company / Profiling

Next, we’ll work with you to create your ideal company customer profile – the companies you want to work with, who will likely be interested in your services. Are they in a particular industry or micro-industry? Are they within a certain revenue range, employee size, or location? There is unlimited potential; using our extensive databases and resources we can target any company, organization, or agency you may be interested in.

Contact Identification

BlueEmber is highly experienced in identifying people based on title, role, and seniority in specific companies. One by one, leveraging years of experience, the best prospecting databases available (including our own), and proprietary software, we’ll individually identify the exact people you’re interested in within each target company, determining their name and obtaining their contact information.
This is often a difficult and time-consuming process, but it’s critical that we target the right people with the right message; everything hinges on the ability to put your message in front of the people who are likely to need your service.

Message Development

Targeting the right companies and reaching out to the right people is critical – but effective messaging is the key to introducing your service and getting a response.
BlueEmber employs a series of best practices to ensure that we reach out with an appealing, effective, polite, professional, informational set of emails that will be sent to each individual prospect. By modeling new emails on effective previously-used emails and subject lines, we take the guesswork and trial-and-error out of the message development process, allowing us to get it right, from the start.
No one knows your business better than you do, so we will need to rely at least partially on you and your team for input on your company’s differentiators and strengths. You will review and approve all of our emails before they are used to ensure everything is aligned with your branding and brand message.

Launch!

We’ll reach out to your optimal prospects in your target companies and introduce them to your services. All activities and interactions are carefully logged into our CRM system so we can retrieve that information for you as needed.
When someone reads one of our emails and replies that they are interested in speaking with you further to learn more about your services, we will coordinate a phone or web-based discussion and send out a meeting invitation for you and the interested prospect. Because we always use a client-supplied email address, we also have the ability to send out meeting requests that hold the time for both you and your new prospect on your calendars.

Once the lead is arranged, we’ll provide you with a Prospect Lead Brief to fully prepare you for the discussion.

Performance Tracking

Communication is critical. To make sure that happens we’ll schedule regular performance reviews for your team and ours, designed to share information and updates and make any necessary adjustments to the strategy. We’ll provide you with a variety of relevant reports and data points, including the leads we’ve generated, the status of the companies we’re working on, and verbatim responses from all prospects who reply to us.
It is our responsibility to carefully monitor the status of your campaign and reach out to you whenever we determine that an improvement might be available. We’ll provide suggestions throughout the process to continuously improve results, week after week.
